Zwei Mietzinserhöhungen innert 6 Mnt. und ihr bringt es nicht mal hin, dass man DURCHGEHEND WARMWASSER hat. WOFÜR BEZAHLE ICH JEDEN MONAT PÜNKTLICH DIE MIETE!!!!!!
5 Grad draussen und die Heizung funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Geldgierige Clowns!

We stayed on one of their property for 3 years, at the beginning we told them that the floor that they installed was of a very poor quality , after 3 years they asked us to replace the floor, this is a pure scam - company, very slow in taking any decision.
Furthermore After almost 5 months that we have left the apartment we have still not seen 1 CHF of deposit back and they do not answer to our questions about that.
Avoid them, this agency must be closed by the authority for bad behaviour towards customers.
They also sent to us a zahlung enrinnung of something that they should have sorted out by themselves.
This company is a complete disaster nothing is working and who is paying the final price is not them but the poor customer.
AVOID THEM!!!!
